2023 College Scholarship

The purpose of the scholarship is to assist students who are furthering their education in agriculture or agribusiness. To qualify for this scholarship, you need a cumulative weighted grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

This scholarship is available for high school seniors residing in Camden, Pasquotank, Chowan, Tyrrell, Pamlico, Carteret, Washington, Beaufort or Hyde counties who will be attending a North Carolina accredited college, community college, or technical institute.

Two students will be awarded a $500.00 one-time scholarship.  Scholarship checks will be made payable to the college or school where the scholarship recipients will attend.  All applications must be received by the NC Potato Association by April 30, 2023. Scholarships will be awarded Monday, May 22, 2023 at our Annual Meeting in Elizabeth City, NC.
